Things to be avoided for complementary feeding.
1. Avoid delay in starting complementary feeding.
2. Avoid outside artificial packaged and commercially and junk foods.
3.Avoid foods with access of sugar salt and trans fatty acids.
4. Avoid Ultra processor and refined foods.
5. Bottle feeding has only disadvantages and avoid it
6. Avoid feeding while watching television or
mobile.
7. Do not force to feed, feeding should not be an unpleasant experience.
8.Avoid over feeding.
9. Avoid foods that may cause choking.
